Having worked on leadership and organisational development in multi-national organisations for over 30 years, in 2007 I established Lockhart Executive Development LTD to support organisations globally through coaching leaders on strategy development and strategic execution, team development and transformational change. In 2016, in the aftermath of Brexit, I established Lockhart Executive Development SL and am a Spanish permanent resident.

A keen gardener and garden designer, I study garden design. In 2019 set-up an exterior design business, Lockhart Exterior Design Limited.

I have the great fortune of being Visiting Professor in Residence at Fudan University in Shanghai, the Universidad de Navarra in Pamplona and Madrid and the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women in New Delhi.

I am on the Board of Advisors for Samarth to support the delivery of hope and happiness to the elderly through compassion and care. Samarth is India’s largest community of active seniors and trusted eldercare service provider.

I also serve as a Nova Talent Nebula Professor and a Talented Mentor.

I am a daily gym enthusiast and passionate about exploring other countries and cultures, cooking, social causes, my family and my faith. I love to be outdoors in nature. A keen mountain hiker, I love hiking in China where I have explored the Huangshan and Huashan mountains, Jiuzhaigou National Park in Sichuan and remote parts of the Great Wall, trekking in Colombia, India, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland. I have my sights set on some other great countries as well! In 2019, I was blessed to work as a volunteer for the Missionaries of Charity in Kolkata and will continue this work with some of my Navarra students in 2023.

My family and I are fortunate to live in Hampstead Garden Suburb, London and Kingsdon, Somerset in England and La Manga Club, Región de Murcia in Spain. I am a Spanish permanent resident and live in Spain, China and India most of the year with occasional visits to England.
