With over 20 years of experience in human resources management, I am a seasoned People Partner at KPMG España, where I support the development and execution of the people strategy and agenda for the firm. I have a proven track record of leading and delivering organizational transformation, digital strategy, HR consulting, employer branding, organizational design, and performance management projects across multiple industries, such as FMCG, Media, Private Equity, Agribusiness, IT and Real Estate.

My mission is to enable and empower the people and culture of KPMG España, and to create a positive and engaging employee experience that fosters innovation, collaboration, and excellence. I am passionate about developing and nurturing talent, and leveraging digital tools and solutions to enhance the capabilities and potential of the workforce. I hold a Master in Human Resources Management and a Master in Occupational Risk Prevention from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, a Global Senior Management Program from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Digital Talent Executive Program from ISDI.
