Seasoned leader in the tech industry, I currently lead the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) organization for Spanish-Speaking Latin America. Our mission is to empower small and medium-sized businesses to grow and drive economic impact across the region by leveraging our amazing talent as well as our innovative product solutions powered by AI.

I have a proven track record of building, scaling, and transforming large teams and businesses globally, and driving impact in highly complex, fast-paced environments. I have deep expertise in crafting strategy and business plans, scaling business operations, driving sales, developing talent, and leading in uncertainty. In my previous roles at Google, I led both the global and the EMEA Web partner sales organizations, generating billions of dollars in revenue and managing hundreds of employees throughout my tenure.

I am also a lecturer of digital strategy and entrepreneurship at diverse Master's Degree programs, and a mentor to startups and future leaders in the industry. I am passionate about innovation, education, and social change, and I constantly seek new opportunities to learn and grow.
