With two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I have led teams and businesses across 14 markets in Asia and Europe. I have expertise in sales, marketing, trade, medical marketing, business intelligence, and general management.

Since July 2023, I have been the Head of Country Cluster Iberia and a Director on the Board of Management for Bayer Hispania, overseeing the consumer healthcare businesses of Spain and Portugal. I am passionate about delivering innovative, consumer-centered solutions that help people live better lives every day.

I am also a strong supporter of diversity in the workplace, as one of the Director Generals involved in Mujeres en Farma, a network of female leaders in the pharmaceutical sector. Moreover, I am Vice-President of ANEFP, the Spanish Self-care Association, where I lobby for consumer self-care and promote the value of self-medication products.
